In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on dron65, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction that expressly prohibits all forms of online gambling, or where accessing such platforms constitutes a criminal offence.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of dron65 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the dron65 Platform or any affiliated service.
• You are acting in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to laws relating to online gambling, financial transactions, and data protection.

dron65 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of dron65 services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and preferred payment method. dron65 relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification and payment processing.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on dron65. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, dron65 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any outstanding bets or balances in those accounts, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. dron65 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify dron65 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification

dron65 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering and player protection standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or higher deposit limits are activated:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Proof of residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement confirming account holder name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request may result in account suspension and delayed or cancelled withdrawal requests.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dron65 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dron65 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed instantly. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are also processed in real time under normal conditions. dron65 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received during standard business hours (WIB). Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule. dron65 does not guarantee same-session or same-day withdrawals. Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account must have completed KYC verification and all applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met.

4.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your dron65 Account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the legal owner of the payment method used. dron65 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of its AML compliance obligations. Deposits or withdrawals that dron65 reasonably suspects to be linked to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will be suspended pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.5 Refused Transactions

dron65 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or a breach of this Agreement. Players will be notified where possible, subject to legal and compliance constraints.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by dron65 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to this Agreement. dron65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in the individual bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

dron65 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinated abuse involving multiple players. Where bonus abuse is detected, dron65 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

5.4 Black Diamond VIP Promotions

Exclusive promotions available to Black Diamond VIP tier members are subject to additional eligibility criteria communicated by your personal account manager. VIP promotions may be tailored to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and are non-transferable between accounts. All VIP promotions remain subject to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting on dron65 is conducted at odds displayed on the Platform at the time your bet is confirmed. 6.2 Live Casino

All live casino games are subject to the specific house rules published in the game interface. Disconnections during play are handled according to the rules of each game provider. Where a game is abandoned or deemed void by the provider, bets will be refunded to your Account balance automatically.

dron65 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets including Togel SGP, Togel HK, and Togel SDY. All draw results are sourced from official recognized lottery providers. dron65 publishes draw times and result verification links on the Platform. Results displayed on dron65 are final once confirmed by the official source; no disputes will be entertained after results are confirmed.

6.4 Slot Games

All content on the dron65 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of dron65 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform for any commercial purpose without express written consent from dron65. The dron65 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of dron65. You must not use such marks without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dron65, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including without limitation any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions of service.
• Errors in odds publication, game malfunction, or third-party game provider issues.

dron65 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall dron65's total aggregate liability exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to dron65 in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

dron65 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dron65 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We implement strict internal data access controls and conduct regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

In the event of a material change that significantly affects your rights or obligations, dron65 will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or an on-screen notification upon login.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles. dron65 operates under an internationally regulated framework, serving players across Indonesia in compliance with applicable cross-border online gaming standards.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and dron65. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local legal restrictions in your jurisdiction.
